Hi, I’m Thi—licensed cosmetologist of 10+ years and the founder of Flourish Extensions.

My love for hair started when I was a little girl, and over time it grew into a calling. In 2019, I launched Flourish Extensions with one mission: to help women feel beautiful, confident, and cared for—inside and out.

Flourish isn’t just a hair brand. It’s an intentional experience. From sourcing to service, every detail is led with integrity, honesty, and excellence. I believe in doing business with godly morals—keeping my word, being transparent, and treating every customer the way I’d want to be treated.
