By placing an order with Flourish Extensions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, policies, and conditions outlined below. These terms are legally binding.

All purchases are final.

 

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

No cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks will be accepted once an order has been placed and processed.

 

 

ORDER ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

 

  • You have selected the correct texture, length, and quantity
  • You understand the product you are purchasing
  • You have reviewed all product descriptions prior to checkout

Flourish Extensions is not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.

 

RAW HAIR DISCLAIMER:

All hair sold is 100% raw hair.

 

Due to the natural nature of raw hair:

  • Curl patterns may vary from bundle to bundle
  • No two bundles are identical
  • Texture variations (slightly looser or tighter curls) are normal

These natural variations are not defects and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or disputes.

 

INSPECTION & CLAIM REQUIREMENTS:

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

 

If there is an issue, the customer must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and videos of the product (including bundles, texture, and packaging)

Failure to provide photo/video evidence within this timeframe voids all claims.

 

NO RETURNS ON USED OR INSTALLED HAIR!

For hygiene and quality control reasons:

 

  • Hair that has been installed, worn, altered, combed, brushed, cut, colored, or tampered with is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Once the product has been used, the sale is considered final and accepted.

 

COMMUNICATION POLICY:

All order-related concerns must be submitted through our official communication channels.

Flourish Extensions is not responsible for missed or delayed responses if communication is sent outside of designated channels or without proper order details.

Flourish Extensions reserves the right to:

  • Request additional evidence
  • Deny any claim lacking sufficient proof
  • Determine whether a resolution is valid based on the evidence provided

Failure to cooperate during the resolution process will result in claim denial.

 

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION:

By completing your purchase, you agree:

 

  • Not to initiate a chargeback for validly fulfilled orders
  • That all disputes must be resolved directly with Flourish Extensions first
  • That initiating a chargeback without valid cause is considered fraudulent


Flourish Extensions reserves the right to:

  • Submit all evidence including order confirmation, product details, fulfillment records, and communication logs
  • Dispute all chargebacks to the fullest extent

 

FULFILLMENT VERIFICATION

All orders are documented during the fulfillment process to ensure accuracy.

 

This may include:

  • Order verification
  • Product verification
  • Packaging confirmation

This documentation may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, Flourish Extensions is not responsible for:

 


  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Flourish Extensions reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny future purchases to any customer suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
