• 100% Raw Hair: No chemical processing and no steam/texture altering—this is natural hair only.
• Natural Variation: Because it’s true raw hair, no two bundles will be identical. Curl pattern, density, and texture can vary from bundle to bundle. You may receive a slightly tighter or looser curl depending on the bundle/length selected.
• Color Range: Natural shades may range from soft black to dark brown, and occasionally lighter/medium brown.
• Curly Hair Needs Moisture: This texture reacts like natural curls—dry hair can frizz, tangle, and look less defined, and humidity can cause the curls to expand/swell. Moisture + the right products are key for soft, defined curls.
• Pattern Disclaimer: Curl patterns are not guaranteed to be identical, but once installed, bundles blend beautifully for a seamless finish.
Bundle Weight Disclaimer (very important):
• Bundles are sold by weight, not weft/track length. Each bundle weighs approximately 3.5–4.0 oz.
• If your bundle appears shorter in weft length or seems like “less hair,” it’s usually because the strands are heavier/more dense, which can result in a shorter weft while still meeting the correct weight.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final once hair has been opened, used, altered, installed, colored, cut, or removed from its original packaging. If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Exchanges may be considered only if the hair is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging (including ties/nets intact). Please email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and exchange request.
It depends on your length, style, and how full you like your hair. Here’s a good guide for a sew-in / traditional install:
• 16”: 2 bundles (natural fullness)
• 18”–22”: 3 bundles (recommended)
• 24”–26”: 3–4 bundles (for a full look)
• 28”+: 4 bundles (or more for extra volume)
If you’re doing a full, glam look or want extra thickness: add 1 additional bundle.
Closures/Frontals:
• Closure installs usually need 2–3 bundles depending on length.
• Frontal installs usually need 2–3 bundles, but 3 is best for lengths 18”+.
Curly textures: often appear shorter and can look fuller—most people are good with 2–3 bundles, but go up a bundle for 18”+ if you like big volume.
