Refund Policy-   ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of our products, there are no refunds or returns on any of our products!

Texture Disclaimer-  100% Raw Hair is very distinct and no two heads are alike. Our pictures are meant to give you an idea of the different textures we have available. Please know that there may be some variation between bundles you receive due to the rawness of our hair extensions. Some textures and waves are more loose curls, tighter curls, coarser, more shiny, more dense, or thinner, etc. It is 100% RAW human hair.

Color Disclaimer-  we supply 100% Raw unprocessed hair that comes in natural hair colors. Shades of Dark Brown (1B), black, off black, light brown, & dark blondes. 

Payments- terms of payments are always 100% upfront at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, Sezzle, Klarna, Shop Pay, & PayPal. As soon as your order is placed, your form of payment will be charged immediately. Credit card fraud and/or theft of our products will be prosecuted at the highest extent of law! Please Note: if you are paying with PayPal and choose a eCheck, you order will not process until that payment has cleared! No modifications to an order can be submitted after order is placed so please be sure of what you want and/or ordering.

Returns/Exchanges- All Sales are FINAL! Absolutely NO refunds are excepted after an order is shipped out or picked up. However, customers are allowed to exchange within 7 days of receipt. Any exchange request not received within the specific time frame will NOT be allowed. The product must be sent back in its original condition, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way! All original tags & ties must still be in tact to qualify for an exchange. Flourish Extensions isn’t responsible for any lost items in transit. The customer is also responsible for all return shipping fees. Once we have received & reviewed your exchange, a replacement product will be shipped. PLEASE BE ADVISED that NO refunds and/or exchanges will be issued for dissatisfaction with texture, appearance, & color because as previously stated, our 100% Raw Hair varies in texture, wave pattern, & hair color!

Processing/Shipping-  Please be advised processing time for all orders are 2-3 business days! Orders are NOT processed on Weekends or Holidays! Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. Processing times are not included in shipping times! Orders are shipped out after processing & should arrive to you within 5-7 business days! So please expect to receive your order at least 7-10 days total after ordering. Of course it may not take that long, but in some cases it may so please order in a ample amount of time to ensure you will receive your order when you need it. Flourish Extensions is not responsible for any packages lost in transit or responsible for any delays in shipments after UPS has received your package in their possession. Please make sure your name/address is correct on your order to ensure no problems with delivery. Flourish Extensions is not responsible for any misspelled words, names, or addresses causing a problem with delivery! 

Local Pickup-  after order is placed, you will then receive an email with a notification that your order is ready for pickup. Please make sure you have the correct email address on file because that is the form of communication we use to notify you of pickup instructions.

Delivery Confirmation-  Flourish Extensions requires a signature upon ALL shipments.

Limitation Of Liability-  Flourish Extensions does not accept liability beyond the solutions set forth herein, including any liability for products not being in-stock for, or the provision of services and support. Flourish Extensions will not be accountable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Flourish Extensions is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Flourish Extensions is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Flourish Extensions is not liable for any damage caused by improper installation of your extensions. After the sale, we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products. Flourish Extensions will not be held responsible for any damages caused to a customer's hair or hair extensions and/or after the hair extensions installation. We strongly suggest that you have a licensed stylist perform any chemical services to your hair extensions. PLEASE BE AWARE that coloring, dyes, bleach, or any chemical services will alter the integrity of you hair extensions so please be aware before performing any hair altering services. All hair reacts differently to certain products & regimens. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling. Please make sure you have read description under each product before purchasing because there are NO refunds.
